PANDEMIC UPDATES

Hello Curious TheCarbFast Netizen,

Welcome to my COVID-19 information page!

Up until this week, I had been attempting to keep this page freshly updated with the newest postings of the various YouTube videos found here. However, I became overwhelmed by the immensity of this task, and I've got an intense desire to refocus back on the primary mission of this website; to teach those interested readers, what I have found to be at the root of deadly metabolic syndrome, and COVID-19 morbidity. You may not be aware that most knowledgeable medical professionals are now awakening to the realization that refined sugars and starches in processed fast foods are poisoning the majority of us.

This metabolic disorder is happening because our bodies are genetically adapted primarily to store sugary nutrients in the form of fat, and this is causing oxidative stress to our mitochondria. These fats (A.K.A. triglycerides) can then be converted back and used again for energy when we face starvation. (But, conversion back to cellular energy always happens at a slower rate than they were absorbed.) You may be statistically unaware of this, but we live in a world where very few Americans are starving. We have no need biologically to store nutritionally deficient refined foods in the form of artery-clogging fatty acids. Refine sugars and starches are metabolically toxic to us. They are widely accepted by most in the medical community to be the number one underlying cause of death in America today. It's poisoning to our bodies and our minds. Metabolic decease, and it's associated disorders is a condition for which our capitalist society has been insidiously complicit in, which continues to encourage the commercial consumption of poisonous processed foods.

My goal is to present the scientific evidence for why fasting will reverse a weight issue that may cause a rapid progression towards chronic decease and morbidity. It's a very ambitious goal, I know. Yet, I have real faith that it's possible through this website to help someone like you to gain enough nutritional science knowledge for the improvement of metabolic their health. I hope this knowledge can provide you with a fantastic paradigm where you experience the true happiness of finding the actual answer to a longer life. Theoretically, it could be a genuinely revolutionary life-changing personal discovery for you.

Please don't buy into the fallacy that your taste buds won't outright lie to you about what you eat. And, please don't be hoodwinked by your tongue into consuming a poison! Don't think that a sweet taste needs to be the cornerstone of a healthy diet, because sweetness doesn't always equate as good! Keep in mind this bit of relevant trivia that in 1978, the U.S. Government passed legislation to ban lead-based paints because unwitting children found the taste of poisonous lead paint flakes to taste sweet. But, you're not a child, are you? Please learn about harmful carbohydrates (such as refined high fructose corn syrup) and stop eating them before you die from your sugar addiction.

Thank you,

Dr. Yrneh

Imperial College Report on number of deaths,

Neil Ferguson, Professor of Mathematical Biology,

"Our estimated impact of an unmitigated scenario in the UK and the USA for a reproduction number, R0, of 2.4 (490,000 deaths and 2,180,000 deaths respectively) closely matches the equivalent scenarios using more sophisticated microsimulations (510,000 and 2,200,000 deaths respectively)"

Condensed Description from Wikipedia's 2019–20 Wuhan coronavirus outbreak page;

The COVID-19 pandemic, also known as the coronavirus pandemic, is an ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‑19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‑CoV‑2). The outbreak was identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The World Health Organization declared the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January, and a pandemic on 11 March. As of 7 May 2020, more than 3.75 million cases of COVID-19 have been reported in over 187 countries and territories, resulting in more than 263,000 deaths. More than 1.24 million people have recovered.

The virus is primarily spread between people during close contact, often via small droplets produced by coughing, sneezing, and talking. The droplets usually fall to the ground or onto surfaces rather than remaining in the air over long distances. People may also become infected by touching a contaminated surface and then touching their face. On surfaces, the amount of virus declines over time until it is insufficient to remain infectious, but it may be detected for hours or days. It is most contagious during the first three days after the onset of symptoms, although spread may be possible before symptoms appear and in later stages of the disease.

Common symptoms include fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, and loss of smell. Complications may include pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome. The time from exposure to onset of symptoms is typically around five days, but may range from two to fourteen days. There is no known vaccine or specific antiviral treatment Primary treatment is symptomatic and supportive therapy.

Recommended preventive measures include hand washing, covering one's mouth when coughing, maintaining distance from other people, wearing a face mask in public settings, and monitoring and self-isolation for people who suspect they are infected. Authorities worldwide have responded by implementing travel restrictions, lockdowns, workplace hazard controls, and facility closures. Many places have also worked to increase testing capacity and trace contacts of infected persons.

The pandemic has caused severe global socioeconomic disruption, including the largest global recession since the Great Depression. It has led to the postponement or cancellation of sporting, religious, political and cultural events, widespread supply shortages exacerbated by panic buying, and decreased emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases. Schools, universities and colleges have closed either on a nationwide or local basis in 194 countries, affecting approximately 98.5 per cent of the world's student population. Misinformation about the virus has spread online, and there have been incidents of xenophobia and discrimination against Chinese people and against those perceived as being Chinese, or as being from areas with high infection rates.

However, the CDC has reported that a significant number of Americans have died from pneumonia through the seasonal outbreaks of previous known influenza viruses that were preventable through an annual vaccination.

CDPH Precautions

(From The California Department of Public Health)

As with any virus, especially during the flu season, the Health Department reminds you there are a number of steps you can take to protect your health and those around you:

  • Washing hands with soap and water.
  • Avoiding touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick are all ways to reduce the risk of infection with a number of different viruses.
  • Staying away from work, school or other people if you become sick with respiratory symptoms like fever and cough.
