These are of no cost to me, so I am free to share this with you as long as I follow their terms of service. However, I have begun planning for a weekly published blog post which will attempt to solicit donations through www.patreon.com, just as the CrashCourse people are doing for their wonderful YouTube creations.

Remember 1 gallon = 128 ounces = 3785.41 grams; 1 liter = 1000 grams; 1 cup = 8 ounces = 228 grams 1/4 cup = 2 ounces = 56 grams.; 2 tbsp = 1 ounce = 28 grams. (a shot glass); 1 tbsp = ,5 ounce = 14 grams; 1 teaspoons is 4 grams 1; and 1 gram = 1/4 teaspoon.
